The Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT) in its very short history has created ripples in domestic IT Diaspora. The students scramble to gain entry to the College through intense competition. The College caters all those who have craving for Information Technology irrespective of their former discipline of education, if they have strong academic maturity and keen analytical sense and are sufficiently eager to learn digital science and technology. The immense growth in its enrolment necessitated its shift from New campus to Old Campus, where huge laboratories and large number of classrooms have been made available.
